I am helping a friend selling his Sonex plane. He needs a A & P mechanic to certify flight worthiness. We are in Parker, AZ. Does anyone know one in Lake Havasu or Kingman? Phoenix is an option... it's about 3 hours due east.

When you say certify flight worthiness, are you asking for a condition inspection sign off? I only ask because the phrase “certify flight worthiness” is uncommon so the meaning is unclear.
